Mattie O’Gorman replied with a point for Gaelscoil followed up with another from Adam Healy. Conor Lillis and a Tommy Dooley free left half time with the score line 1:03 to 0:04 in favour of Gaelscoil.

In the second half it was end to end football with both teams especially defences on top. For Kilruane Jake Morris excelled and for Gaelscoil Killian Malone and Chloe Connolly were outstanding.
